XiaoFang Pei, the Associate Dean (Teaching) of West China School of Public Health & No.4 West China Teaching Hospital in Sichuan University, a Supervisor of Ph.D, the Chairman of the Public Health Laboratory Science Professional Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, and the Chairman of the National Health Education and Public Health Laboratory Science Professional Textbook Review Committee. Her research areas mainly include research and testing of pathogenic microorganisms, gut microbiota and health, food microbial safety, etc. She has presided over and participated in many international and domestic research projects. The accumulated research funding of the projects has exceeded 5 million yuan. She has published more than 160 papers, more than 40 papers included by SCI. She has written more than 10 textbooks and monographs as editor-in-chief, deputy editor or editor. She has taught for more than 30 years, her courses including laboratory sciences for virus infection and sanitary microbiology, etc.
