【基本情況】
博士,副研究員,碩導。澳门新葡萄新京威尼斯華西-協和陳志潛衛生健康研究院西部農村衛生發展研究中心技術PI,澳门新葡萄新京威尼斯健康城市發展研究中心(成都市社科聯哲學社會科學重點研究基地)科研骨幹,美國達特茅斯學院訪問學者。
研究方向:健康醫學地理、空間衛生統計、空間流行病學。關注貝葉斯與時空統計學、地理信息科學(GIScience)、GeoAI、衛星遙感大數據在公共衛生領域的交叉學科應用,包括流行病學、環境健康、社會醫學和衛生經濟學等。
聚焦空間衛生/醫學統計學,創新提出了探測時空異質性變量關系(時空非平穩)的貝葉斯時空變系數(Bayesian STVC)系列模型、度量解釋因子時空相對重要性的時空方差分割指标(STVPI)、填補地理空間單元缺失值的漸進時空預測法(PST)以及疾病相對風險降尺度模型(DRRD)等。
主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、青年基金等縱向課題,發表SCI/SSCI等學術期刊論文多篇,其中1篇論文獲雜志年度最佳論文獎第一名,2篇論文入選ESI高被引。
社會兼職:國際華人地理信息科學協會(CPGIS)健康GIS委員會委員,中華預防醫學會殘疾預防與控制專業委員會委員,擔任JCLP、IJGIS、Spatial Statistics等多個SCI/SSCI國際期刊審稿人。
